The opportunity
Buddle Skincare is a baby skincare company that has developed the only clinically proven system to treat and prevent diaper rash. They wanted to create an online community of super fans to increase their share of voice online, increase household penetration and help educate consumers on their products. Their main goal was to create an extension of their online sales team through an affiliate program and increase their .com sales revenue.
What we did
The Buddle Nursery Influencer program is a content and sales engine for Buddle Skincare. Their program accounts for 25% of all .com revenue and growing in their contribution to overall sales. The shelf life of an influencer is much smaller for a baby skincare brand focused on diaper rash so constant research and outreach is very important to the success of the program.
The outcome
The success of the influencer programs impression, reach and sampling has resulted in a budget cut for paid ads due to the effectiveness and CPM values of massive outreach, gifting and the affiliate flywheel.
