The opportunity

nutpods is a dairy-free alternative creamer and milk company. They wanted to build an in-house nano and micro influencer program that would support their e-commerce sales, retail accounts and increase their share of voice online.

What we did

We created a robust influencer program that continues to be one one their main marketing channels to date. They utilizes influencers to support all new product launches, use the creator user generated content for owned channels and sent nutpodsquad members into retail stores to support sales velocities at retail.

The outcome

The nutpodsquad influencer program has proven to be a vital part of nutpods marketing mix. Not only does it contribute to their online growth and increase their share of voice online. It is a new customer revenue driver for their website and beyond. Extending influencer to third party sellers like Amazon and retail stores like Whole Foods, Target and more!

The creators in the program not only garner millions of online impressions on behalf of the brand, but they are able to repurpose that user generated content on their owned channels, in paid advertising, website, email and more! This not only provides a flywheel for increased household penetration but increases the overall quality of the consumers they bring in, with a higher average lifetime value.
